Modification/Cancel Order

Eloreva accepts order modification requests within 6 hours of receiving the order or is allowed to cancel the order with a valid reason within 6 hours of closing the order (contact as soon as possible via email: contact@eloreva.us).

Order adjustment conditions: You can customize the error when ordering or change the desired parameters within 36 hours from the time of placing the order.

Order cancellation conditions: Please notify Eloreva of a valid reason (force majeure, special ...) within 6 hours from the time of placing the order.

If the jewelry has been produced and not shipped but you still want to cancel the order, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

For orders that have been shipped, unfortunately we cannot support you to edit or cancel the order
